OPENING HOURS Weekdays - 9am to 11am & 4pm to 6pm 4pm to 5pm Weekends & Public Hols or STRICTLY by appointment only CLOSED on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day & Good Friday Pick-up and delivery is available by prior arrangement ONLY. Prices on request.
No Pick Up or Delivery of guests on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day or Good Friday. Vaccination Certificates must be sighted before a dog or cat is accepted as a boarder. We have a Vet on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can now also arrange for your dog to be professionally groomed during their stay. If this service is required, please advise us when making your boarding booking. All dog boarders receive a complimentary hydrobath on departure. For information on rates, bookings or just general enquiries about boarding, please do not hesitate to contact us. PLEASE NOTE refunds will only be given for shortened stays if 7 days notice is given prior to REVISED collection date.
